We are looking for Lebanese and English Speaking Back Office Customer Support Representative (CSR)
for our new client from transportation field. In this position, you take on the following tasks:
Responsibilities
- Maintenance of customer and transaction data in accordance with company data processing rules
- Assist drivers in terms of price acceptance shown in the application
- Review requests and confirm whether those are correct, communicate with drivers per email or phone to acquire additional info
- Compliance with company rules and regulations
Requirements
- Proficient in Lebanese, both spoken and written; English at B2 level
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with different customer types
- Fast thinker and ability to resolve situations as they come on the spot, being attentive to detail
- Creativity and team spirit
- Knowledge of IT programs as well as fast typing skills
- Preparedness to work in shifts, on weekends and public holidays
- Previous experiences in customer support is a big plus
